New supplement – Omega 3-6-9

I’ve added a new supplement to my morning pills.  Now on top of my multi-vitamin I also take an Omega 3-6-9 capsule.  Omega-3 fatty acids usually come from fish – but I don’t eat fish nearly enough.  Maybe that will change – but for now I’ll just pop a pill =) Omega-3s seem very useful [...]
